Privacy and Data Controller

Carmichael Aesthetics Advisory Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard your personal data when you visit our website and use our Book a Consultation or enquiry forms. For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, we are the Data Controller.

The Data We Collect About You

When you request information or book an aesthetics compliance consultation, we collect personal information you voluntarily provide. This may include identity data such as your first name, last name and professional title; contact data such as your email address and telephone number; business data such as clinic name, trading address and current regulatory or licensing status; and enquiry data such as compliance challenges, medical or aesthetic background, and notes entered in free-text fields.

How We Use Your Personal Data

We use personal data only where the law allows us to. This includes responding to your initial consultation request and arranging a booking; following up on your compliance enquiry to provide relevant advice tailored to your clinic’s set-up; and meeting statutory, regulatory or professional obligations.

Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data for marketing purposes. To run our consultancy effectively, we may share data with trusted service providers acting as data processors, such as cloud-based form and calendar providers used to manage consultation slots and secure email hosts. These providers are required to keep your data secure, confidential and compliant with UK GDPR requirements.

No Cookies or Automated Tracking

We respect your digital privacy. Our website does not use cookies, tracking pixels or automated profiling scripts. We do not track browsing habits across the web or deploy third-party analytics cookies that store personal behavioural data. Your visit remains anonymous until you email us with an enquiry.

Data Security and Retention

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent personal data from being accidentally lost, used, altered or accessed in an unauthorised way. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes collected, including legal, accounting and professional indemnity insurance requirements. If you do not enter into a formal consulting contract with us, your enquiry data will be securely deleted after 12 months.

Your Legal Rights

Under the UK GDPR, you have rights to request access to your personal data, correction or erasure of your personal data, restriction or objection to processing, and transfer of your personal data. If you wish to exercise these rights or have a complaint about how we handle your data, please contact us directly.
